WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept of all major credit cards. Additional deposit depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of time, location and service we are providing. For specific details please contact us directly. We will be glad to discuss your project.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Picture Trucks guarantees no over booking. We understand and value your trust in us and we will honor your reservation but should you need to cancel on short notice you will be charged depending on the type of vehicle you had reserved. You will be informed of the cancellation rate, when you make your reservation and form is completed. For cancellations made three months in advance, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ADDITIONAL DRIVERS?
We offer full-service rental agreements. Additional Drivers must sign the rental agreement.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF POLICY?
Pickup: Our Brooklyn Office is located at 17 Williams Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11221. Our Atlanta, Georgia office is located at (enter address here). Our customers can pick either pick up or drop-off services including on one day or more rental agreements. Contact us for full details.
Drop-Off: We offer drop-off service 24/7, depending on the vehicle and equipment, services you are renting from us.
AGE LIMITATION FOR RENTALS?
The minimum age to rent a vehicle. In certain cases, with pre-approval you might be able to rent a vehicle, the minimum age is 25.
WHEN SHOULD I RESERVE A RENTAL OR PLACE AN ORDER?
All rentals and services are on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you reserve your equipment the better. Even if you do not know your exact count, it is best to reserve and then make the adjustments if needed. A reservation is made and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Additions to your order are welcomed and are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery or a 50% restocking charge will be assessed.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?
We delivery 24/7at your convenience and to any location.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY CHARGE?
Delivery charges are determined according to the location and the amount of the rentals. Customers can also come to our warehouse to pick up their rentals. Our staff will assist you in loading your items but the customer is responsible for protecting their vehicle and our equipment.
DO YOU SET UP THE EQUIPMENT?
Heroboy Productions sets up and takes down all heavy equipment such as tents, dance floors, stages and lighting. Other items such as tables, chairs, linens and glassware are set up by the customer or caterer.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE THE EVENT IS OVER AND BEFORE THE PICK UP?
All tables and chairs must be folded, bagged, stacked and ready for pickup. All dishware should be scrapped, rinsed, and placed back in their original containers. Glasses should be put back in their racks. Linen must be shaken and dry to prevent mildew and staining.
HOW DO I PROTECT YOUR EQUIPMENT?
All equipment must be left under a tent, on a covered porch or in a garage to protect it from inclement weather conditions.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT?
Customer is responsible for damaged or missing equipment and a replacement cost will be assessed.
DO YOU PROVIDE ROADSIE ASSISTANCE?
We keep our vehicles in the best condition. But in the case, you should need a repair service, we will follow the rental agreement and proceed as needed.
